Dr. O'Neill has been practicing dentistry since 1988 and is married with 4 children. In his spare time he enjoys snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking, road biking, and hiking with his dogs.
Dr. O'Neill strives to make a difference in the community. He has donated proceeds from teeth whitening services to local charities and fund raisers for many years. Beneficiaries include: Colleyville Women's Club, The Northeast Texas Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and local juvenile diabetes organizations and church congregations.

Dr. Buss has been practicing dentistry since 2008. She enjoys spending time with her husband and pet golden retriever, backpacking, hiking, and skiing.

Dr. Lee is married with one son. When not at the office, he enjoys baseball, basketball, volleyball, and golf.
Dr. Lee has volunteered with Give Kids a Smile and Summer mission trips, attends a local church, and donates dental treatment at programs such as We Serve and the Colorado Mission of Mercy.
“My goal is to provide top-notch clinical care in a caring and comfortable atmosphere. We all want dentistry that looks good, feels good, and lasts a long time. I start by really listening to what my patients desire and then work hand in hand with them to decide what treatment best fits their needs. After that, I work hard to provide excellent, accurate, efficient care.”
Dr. Lee’s favorite TV show is SportsCenter on ESPN. His favorite movies are Shawshank Redemption and Hoosiers. Dr. Lee’s favorite book is The Return of the Prodigal Son.

Dr. McMunn was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He has lived in Colorado since 1999. He has three children and one grandchild. In his spare time, he enjoys racquetball, theatre, movies, and skiing.
“My personal and professional philosophy is that every patient should be treated with dignity and respect from start to finish. I believe that each patient is at the center of their own healthcare; therefore, I will begin treatment by listening to and understanding their needs and then proceed to provide them with health information and resources, which enables them to make personal healthcare decisions to address their current healthcare needs. I firmly believe that doctors should provide their patients with the safe, honest, and utmost professional care that they would provide for their own family members or themselves. Adherence to this philosophy has guided me throughout my professional career.”

Rachel has a dog named P-nut, and in her spare time, enjoys photography and cooking. On the weekend, Rachel enjoys various outdoor activities. She loves to read, and she enjoys watching documentaries.

With a genuine sensitivity for individualized patient treatment, my goal is to educate and provide information so that my patients can improve their oral health. To bring value to the dental profession, I will continue to enjoy courses with an emphasis in modern dentistry to increase my level of care.”
Rachels motivation for whole health has developed a passion for healthy cooking using the freshest ingredients, some sourced from her own garden. She also enjoys traveling internationally.
